1. Can I check-out after noon?
Depending on the Hotel’s availability, we will do our utmost to satisfy your request, which should be indicated in the 'observation' field, when doing the reservation.

2. I require a room with facilities for the disabled, a non-smoking room or communicating rooms. Can I make these booking requests on-line?
Yes, to satisfy the request of our clients, some hotels of the VIP Hotels Group have several types of room. Please state your preference in the 'observations' field when doing the reservation, and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

3. Do all your hotels have car-parking facilities? Can I make the request on-line?
Yes, all the VIP Hotels Group have their own parking facilities. To request online parking, the client only needs to use the 'observations' field when doing the reservation.

4. I need to use the Internet in the bedroom. Are your bedrooms prepared to offer this service? And what about the public areas?
Yes, the VIP Hotels Group that have ADSL/LAN connection in the rooms are:

- VIP Grand Maputo
- VIP Grand Lisboa (LAN in rooms and Wireless in Suites)
- VIP Executive Santa Iria
- Vip Executive Suites Marques ( LAN in some rooms)
- Vip Inn Berna

The VIP Hotels Group that have Wireless connection in the rooms are:
- VIP Executive Diplomatico
- VIP Executive Suites Eden
- VIP Executive Azores
- VIP Executive Zurique
- VIP Inn Veneza

All the Hotels referred above have ADSL/LAN connection on their public areas.

5. Do VIP Hotels Group offer babysitting service?
Yes, please specify this particularity in the 'observations' field, when doing the reservation, together with the child’s age in question. The babysitting service is charged separately.

6. I wish to be informed trough e-mail about promotions, special offers, etc. What should I do?
After registering in the front page, you may choose this option by clicking in 'I wish to receive emails and newsletters'.

7. I would like to take my pet with me to one of your hotels. Is it possible?
Our hotels don’t allow the admission of pets.

8. I will be travelling with my children. Do VIP Hotels Group offer special conditions for children?
Yes. Please specify this particularity, in the 'Preferences' field when doing the reservation. One child under 12 year’s, with two adults doesn’t pay.

9. Which documents are necessary for me to do the check in?
The client will need the Identity card and Passport if of foreign nationality.

10. This will be the first time I will be staying at one of your hotels? How can I obtain information about places to visit and other useful information?
Our Hotels have selected for you the most interesting places to visit, including restaurants, museums, tourist guides, please ask at the reception the information’s you desire.
