There are large foyers perfect for hosting welcome drinks or refreshments; event hosts have four hospitality packages to choose from. Meeting room equipment that can be provided include a TV, a phone, video conferencing equipment, a projector, a screen, a flip chart, a microphone, and a wireless system.

Natural light meeting room, Apollo Room has a maximum capacity of 300 people, which can be comfortably accommodated in a theatre setup.
